• Coordinates graduate affairs for the college and maintains records of related matters
• Organizes meetings for the college's graduate coordinators, social science chairs, science chairs, and tenure and promotion committee
• Coordinates the following awards and fellowships: CLAS teaching/advising awards, Doctoral Dissertation Advisor/Mentoring award, Humanities Scholarship Enhancement, sabbaticals, international awards, CLAS dissertation fellowships, Grinter fellowships, GSOA and other graduate awards, CLAS and University Scholars Programs, Ruth McQuown scholarships, Colangelo awards, and graduate students and faculty travel awards
• Handles annual activity reports, sustained performance evaluation and outside activities forms and is the college grade coordinator
