Equal Opportunity Officer for the College.
Approves outside ads for faculty searches and letters of offer to faculty.
Approves staff searches.
Coordinates college’s tenure and promotion process.
Advises on and processes requests for leaves of absence, reduced FTE, sabbaticals and events covered by the Family Medical Leave Act.
Makes staff salary recommendations to Dean.
Assists managers with staff disciplinary actions and investigates staff grievances and/or sexual harassment complaints.
