  • Major areas of responsibility will be faculty and postdoc recruitment, appointment, compensation, and leave, as well as faculty assignments, effort reporting, tenure, and promotion.

  • Under the direction of the Dean, provides service and support to staff regarding human resources policies, procedures, payroll, performance improvement, leave, and staff support.
  • Serve as a resource for units and new employees (TEAMS, OPS, Graduate Students, and Student Assistants) in the recruitment and hiring process.

  • Provides administrative support to the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences in human resources operations, including personnel transactions, records maintenance, and HR communications.
  • Supports recruitment, onboarding, and employment processes for staff and academic personnel, assisting departments and the HR Business Partner with coordination and documentation.
