    • Equal Opportunity Officer for the College.
    • Oversees all human resources functions for the college
    • Coordinates faculty and staff recruitmentsAdvises on and processes requests for leaves of absence, reduced FTE, sabbaticals and events covered by the Family Medical Leave Act.
    • Makes staff salary recommendations to Dean.
    Assists managers with staff disciplinary actions and investigates staff grievances and/or sexual harassment complaints.
