The Keene Faculty Center is comprised of a 32′ x 54′ furnished commons room, a storage room, and a small kitchen area. During the weekdays, the commons room is available to faculty as a coffee and reading room. Current hours for this activity are 9 AM – 3 PM Monday through Friday. No students (undergraduate or graduate) are permitted in the Keene; it is for faculty use only.
In the late afternoon and evening hours, this space can be reserved for a variety of other activities, including receptions, lectures, conferences, and meetings for a fee.
The main floor is furnished with an assortment of couches, easy chairs, and tables that are not to be moved. The facility is equipped with 100 stacking chairs and six 8′ folding tables, which can be placed around the existing furniture.
