  • Schedules the Keene Faculty Center.
  • Schedules annual program reviews and budget meetings for all units in the college

Areas of Responsibility

  • Provides administrative support and coordinates calendar for Associate Deans Mary Watt and Christopher McCarty. Assists the Science chairs Dean with Research awards.
  • Coordinates graduate affairs for the college and maintains records of related matters.
  • Organizes meetings for the college’s graduate coordinators, Social Science chairs, Science chairs and tenure and promotion committee.
  • Coordinates the following awards and fellowships: CLAS teaching/advising awards, Doctoral dissertation Advisor/Mentoring award, Humanities Scholarship Enhancement, Sabbaticals, International awards, CLAS Dissertation fellowships, Grinter Fellowships, GSPA/GSFA and other Graduate awards, University Scholars Program, Ruth McQuown Scholarships, Colangelo awards, and graduate and faculty travel awards.
  • Handles annual activity reports, Sustained Performance Evaluation and Outside activities forms and is the College Grade Coordinator.

  • Provides administrative support and coordinates calendars for Associate Deans Margaret Fields and David Pharies.
  • Greets and directs visitors and faculty in the Dean’s Office Complex.
  • Advisor for the Interdisciplinary Studies (IDS) major for prospective and admitted students, providing enrollment support and maintaining all files and tracking from admission to graduation.
  • Assists college with Asset Management and Space Inventory.
  • Works with Asset Management preparing and entering reports for various CLAS areas.
  • Coordinates and serves as point of contact for the Dean’s Office undergraduate scholarship awards.
  • Edits and enters data for SACS accreditation
