Joan Forrest

Joan Forrest is the President and CEO of the Dawson Academy, an International, postgraduate educational and clinical research company, dedicated to the advancement of dentistry. She lectures nationally and internationally on the topics of leadership, team building, and communication skills.
Prior to joining the Academy, she founded and served as president of Prime Performance, a training and consulting company specializing in developing self-directed work teams and facilitative leadership. Joan’s career experience also includes management positions with AT&T and United Technologies. Joan is a past recipient of the Outstanding Female Leadership Award from the University of Florida and is a member of the University’s Hall of Fame.
