Areas of Responsibility
- Under the direction of the Dean, oversees all human resources functions for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
- Coordinates faculty and postdoctoral recruitments.
- Provides advice on faculty requests for leaves of absence, voluntary FTE changes, and events covered by the Family Medical Leave Act.
- Coordinates the tenure and promotion process for the college.
- Coordinates sabbaticals and professional development leaves.
- Makes recommendations to the dean on administrative topics related to human resources management.

Areas of Responsibility
- Under the direction of the Dean, provides service and support to staff regarding human resources policies, procedures, payroll, performance improvement, leave, and staff support.
- Serve as a resource for units and new employees (TEAMS, OPS, Graduate Students, and Student Assistants) in the recruitment and hiring process.
