Offices

Administrative Staff: The Dean’s Office staff support the activities of the dean and associate deans, as well as college task forces and the academic units’ chairs and directors.
Advancement: The Office of Advancement engages alumni and stakeholders to encourage their continued support of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
Communications: The Communications Office directly supports the Dean’s Office, the Office of Advancement, and the college’s academic units through the creation of dynamic content.
Budget and Finance: The Budget Office is responsible for the planning, administration, and distribution of budgets to the Departments, Centers, and Programs within the College. This office works closely with college units by providing information and guidance on policies and procedures in planning departmental budgets and expenditures.
Human Resources: The Human Resources Office serves assists academic units, staff and faculty with recruitment, hiring, and promotion procedures and policies.
Information Technology: CLAS IT is the computer and networking group for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. They provide email, web space, network file and print sharing, as well as other networking services to the college and departments.
Shared Services Center: The Shared Services Center provides efficient and effective financial and administrative services and solutions, focused on unit level needs and university-wide objectives.
