Center for Inclusion and Multicultural Engagement

The AFSA strives for a betterment of our Asian and Pacific Islander Faculty and Staff members through personal and professional development activities.

Disability Resource Center

The DRC works with over 5,500 Gators with disabilities. We go beyond access, remove barriers, and engage with faculty and staff to promote an inclusive campus community for all.

National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity

From the office of the Chief Diversity Officer comes NCFDD — a nationally recognized, independent organization that provides online career development and mentoring resources for faculty, postdocs, and graduate students at more than 450 colleges and universities.

Dean of Students Office Emergency Response

The Dean of Students Office is primarily responsible for campus crisis related to students including student deaths, emergency situations, protests, hospitalizations, accidents and more. The Dean of Students Office staff serve on call 24/7/365 for any student related issue or emergency.

Mental Health Resources

Office for Accessibility and Gender Equity

The OAGE provides support to anyone affected by gender-based discrimination or violence. We connect Gators to supportive resources, respond to reports, conduct investigations, coordinate resolutions, and lead campus-wide violence prevention and Title IX efforts.

The RESPECT Team provides impacted parties of bias incidents opportunities to be heard and supported and understand and respond to situations that affect the University of Florida.

Employee Assistance Program

Your UF EAP offers someone to talk to and resources to consult whenever and wherever you need them. All UF faculty, staff, graduate assistants, non-student OPS employees, house staff/residents, and postdoc associates as well as their household members are eligible to receive services.

Campus Assistance and Resources for Empowerment

CARE consists of offices and facilities, including Case Management Services (CMS), the Medical Petition and Withdrawal program, the Collegiate Veterans Success Center (CVSC), and the Hitchcock Field and Fork pantry, designed to facilitate achievement of students’ academic and personal success and to assist with basic needs.

CLAS Human Resources

CLAS HR oversees all human resources functions for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences and assists managers with staff disciplinary actions and investigates staff grievances and/or sexual harassment complaints.
